Recently, we have been receiving an increasing number of e-mails that have nothing to do with the operation of the meeting.

This group is a non-profit organization and a Holt-Aurum Syndrome patient group.

I would appreciate it if you could refrain from sending irrelevant e-mails, etc., as they are very annoying.
